It is pertinent to mention that this is not the first time Jews are desperate to establish a sovereign state. They have done it twice in history. Each time their kingdom flourished massively until it collapsed to bits and pieces. The last destruction was so rampant that it left Jews scattered all over the world with no place to call home. So why is it that a nation identified as favored people in scriptures of both Christians and Muslims falls to disgrace every time they try to get up? Recently I came across two interesting analysis regarding establishment and sustenance of sovereign Jewish states. And I think I might have the answer to the current Israel-Palestine conflict and genocide of Palestinians by the hands of Israel since 8th October 2023.
Curse of the Eight Decade
First is the Curse of the Eighth decade. MENACHEM RAHAT depicts in his article how the two earlier states of Israel one by King David and the second Hasmonean kingdom lasted for around 80 years and then collapsed. The interesting thing to note however is that the collapse did not happen because of some external entity rather it was due to the internal conflict of Jews. This theory holds relevance even today as Jews are divided into several factions. Even though the author hopes that this time Jews might have learned their lesson but the recent events suggest otherwise. In the next 5 years the third generation of Palestinians who were born in the midst of wars and know nothing but blood and slaughter will grow up. This generation will hold the hatred much closer to their hearts and the resistance movement might gain more momentum.
Gaza Under Attack
This is not all. The current massacre happening in Gaza is unprecedented. A whole city is being held under siege with no access to food, electricity, fuel, water or even medical aid. The morgues have run out of capacity. The pictures and videos coming out of Gaza are unbearable. Even journalists and ambulances are not safe. Residential building are being bombed without warning. Civilians are breathing their last breath under the rubble as their relatives hold on to their belongings watching them die since there are no equipment to take people out of the rubble. The city is being bombarded continuously day and night. (Screenshots of videos coming out of Gaza have been attached for reference)
America is also being involved in the conflict by openly condoning attacks by Israel on women and children in the pretext of an attack by Hamas. Now that is also an interesting story of how a group of young men fooled the CIA and Mossad and managed to infiltrate Israel occupied territory on their parachutes and motorbikes. It seems like a good plot for Netflix.
Evangelical Christians & their Love for Jews
The second analysis was from Dr. Syed Ammar Nakshawani. In one of his videos he describes how Balfour Declaration has the underlying support of Evangelical Christians. In addition there are several documentaries such as How Evangelicals Betray Christians In The Holy Land depicting the massive moral and financial support of these Christians to Israel. Now one may question why are these Christians all of a sudden so in love with their once arch-enemies? The answer is even more fascinating.
So basically Evangelical Christians believe in their own Messianic ideology just like Jews and Muslims. It relates to how the world will or rather should end. This faction of Christians who are sending billions of dollars in aid to settle Jews in Israel, believe that the second coming of Jesus will only happen once all the Jews return to their homeland which is Israel as per biblical narrative. However, the story does not end here. Jews are being lured to this particular land because Evangelicals also believe that once rapture happens i.e. Christ comes down and takes up all the Christians to the skies/heavens 2/3rd of the Jews will perish.
Yes, you read that right. In simple words, Jesus will not return unless all Jews are in Israel. When they are settled Jesus will return and when he does 2/3 of all the Jews will die or be killed. The remaining 1/3 of the Jews will run to Jesus thinking of him as their Messiah and they will see wounds on his Hands and feet. Then they will realize that actually the Messiah was Jesus who they crucified then they will repent and finally convert to Christianity. So basically as per their ideology Jews are like lambs being gathered to slaughter after the second coming.
Synopsis
Every action has a reaction. There are repercussions in nature for any act committed against the normalcy. What Israel is committing right now are war crimes and it seems we are on the brink of World War III. Thanks to people so desperate for the last hour to come that they will do anything to hasten it. Jews have their own Messianic ideology which claims rebuilding on the 3rd Temple in the place of Masjid al-Alqsa after which their Messiah will arrive. Muslims are also waiting for their Imaam Mahdi. However meanwhile humanity is being crucified right before our eyes. I sometimes used to wonder what will it take for a Messiah to finally comes and after seeing images and footages from Gaza I pray that the Final Hour is near.
